Holy Cow's Madras Chettinad Plant Based Curry Sauce is an aromatic curry sauce made with coconut, curry leaves and fenugreek, inspired by the flavours of traditional South Indian cooking.

Ingredients
Onion, Water, Coconut Milk (11%), Sunflower Oil, Tomato, Paste, Fresh Tomato, Dried Coconut, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Green Chilli, Ground Spices (Kashmiri Chilli, Turmeric, MUSTARD Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel, Seeds, Black Pepper), Melon Seeds, Curry Leaves, Spice, Extract, Colour: Caramel Liquid.
Cooking & Handling
Microwaveable (in a suitable container) Freeze-thaw stable Bain-Marie Stable for up to 3 hours (in a suitable container) Add 1kg of sauce and 1kg Protein/Vegetables to a half gastro, stir, foil and place in a 180c oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
