Cooking & Handling
Cooking Instructions – As a guide only. Place the quiche into a pre-heated oven at a maximum temperature of 140°C and cook for approx. 50 – 60 minutes. Check the quiche to ensure it is fully cooked (not liquid in the centre), if not, return to the oven for a further 5 – 10 mins. It should have a slight golden appearance and have reached 75°C
