Four classic cuts come together in this generous mixed grill: rump steak, pork loin steak, gammon steak and a lamb chop, with each steak and chop cut to a minimum of 4oz. It’s a well-balanced selection, bringing together the rich flavour of beef, the tenderness of pork, the savoury depth of gammon and the distinctive character of lamb in one plate.

Built around classic grill favourites and prepared through our own CJ Butchers, it’s a straightforward way to put a generous mixed grill on the menu. Keep the cooking simple and let the individual cuts do the work, from a well-seared rump steak to a golden lamb chop and beautifully caramelised gammon.
