Oval-shaped wraps, made with sourdough to produce a characteristically bubbly surface. The wraps are soft and flexible, perfect for filling. Each wrap is approximately 25 x 22cm and 120g. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.

Fortified WHEAT Flour (WHEAT FLOUR, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Yeast, Salt, Sugar, Dextrose.
Cooking & Handling
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Oven: Remove all packaging and sprinkle lightly with water. Place directly on the oven rack at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Grill: From defrost, grill for a few minutes each side until golden brown. Shelf life once defrosted: Consume within 24 hours.
