Produced by Darta using their fresh frozen process to lock in quality at source, it's supplied frozen for ease and consistency across service. A natural fit for cold counters, buffet spreads, sharing plates and lunch menus - versatile enough to sit alongside almost anything.

Trulli pasta 50% (water, durum WHEAT semolina), tomato 22%, sauce 16,2% (seasoning (vegetables (paprika, onion, garlic), spices (cumin, chilli, black pepper), herbs (oregano, coriander, parsley), salt, vinegar, flaxseed, acerola extract), sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt, modified starch, natural basil flavour & rosemary extract), spring onion 7,8%, red onion 4%
Cooking & Handling
Let defrost for 16 hours in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days. It is also possible to defrost the salad in the microwave on defrost mode. 250g: 6 min on 160W 500g: 8 min on 160W Stir halfway and at the end. Never refreeze thawed products.
