Plaice (80%) (Pleuronectes platessa) (Fish), water
Cooking & Handling
Cook from frozen. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place plaice on a preheated baking tray in the centre of oven. Turn halfway through cooking. Cook until golden brown. Oven: Electric 220ºc 20-25 minutes. Fan 200ºc 20-25 minutes Gas 7 20-25 minutes. Deep fry in hot oil at 180ºc for approximately 3-5 minutes unit golden.
