WHEAT flour, water, sourdough 5.8% (WHEAT flour, water, WHEAT gluten), dehydrated and fermented buckwheat flour (buckwheat flour, sourdough (WHEAT flour, water)), dehydrated devitalized WHEAT sourdough (WHEATflour, sourdough (WHEAT flour, water)), salt, durum WHEAT semolina, yeast, WHEAT gluten.
Cooking & Handling
Tray arrangement (600 x 400) 4 items on a tray Defrosting approximately 0-10 min at room temperature. Preheating oven 230°C Baking (in ventilated oven) approximately 16-18 min at 190-200°C, closed damper Cooling and rest on tray 15 min at room temperature
