Rich, earthy and deeply savoury, this Sliced Pig Liver is prepared ready for the pan, giving chefs a quality cut with minimal preparation. The delicate texture responds well to quick cooking, developing a beautifully caramelised exterior while retaining its natural richness when handled with care.

Prepared by our butchers, it lends itself naturally to classic liver and onions, but has plenty of scope beyond the traditional. Use it in pâtés and terrines, or build it into more refined dishes where its distinctive depth of flavour can take centre stage.
