Rich, deeply savoury and full of character, this whole Pig Liver is a classic cut that rewards careful cooking. Its firm texture makes it ideal for slicing and pan-frying, while slower cooking brings out its rich, earthy flavour beautifully. At approximately 1.8–2kg per liver, it gives chefs the flexibility to prepare and portion the cut to suit the dish.

Prepared by our skilled butchers, it’s a versatile ingredient for traditional liver and onions, pâtés, terrines and more considered dishes where quality offal can take centre stage.
