Made with a minimum of 65% pork, these traditional sausage meat patties are generously seasoned with herbs and spices, bringing a rich, savoury flavour and satisfying, meaty texture. Flecks of seasoning throughout give each patty its traditional character, while the carefully balanced recipe allows the flavour of the pork to come through.

At approximately 2oz (57g) each, the patties are perfectly sized for breakfast muffins, soft rolls and classic breakfast dishes.
