The natural sweetness of apple brings a lovely balance to the savoury flavour of pork in this 6oz burger. Made with a minimum of 80% pork, it has a coarse texture with visible pieces of meat, alongside flecks of apple, herbs and spices that add character to every bite.

Serve in a toasted brioche bun with mature cheddar and caramelised onions, or pair with sage, mustard and seasonal sides for a more traditional take. Frozen straight after production to preserve quality, the burgers are supplied in cases of 30, with paper separators between each one to make handling and portioning easier during service.
