Cooking & Handling
Fill in advance with a sweet or savoury filling. Allow up to 3 hours before serving to rehydrate the pastry. Keep chilled and serve within 2 days of preperation. Can be rebaked with filling for a crispy finish. Bake at 160°C for 8-10mins.
