Cooking & Handling
This product is fully cooked and can be eaten hot or cold. Re-heating Guidelines from Frozen: Oven: Remove from packaging. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated (fan assisted) oven 180°C, Gas mark 6, for approximately 30-35 minutes. Microwave: Place on a plate and cover with cling film, microwave on high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 6 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout To serve product cold: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 9 hours. Once defrosted the product should be held in the refrigerator and consumed within 48 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted. All appliances vary, the re-heating instructions should only be used as a guideline. Ensure food is piping hot throughout prior to serving
