Ingredients
carrots 16x16x80 (24%), parsnip wedges (22%), quartered red onions (13%), yellow swede 20x20x20 (15%), sweet potato 15x20x25 (16%), water (5%), olive oil ( 2%), liquid honey (2.5%), thyme ( 0.5%)
Cooking & Handling
Preheat the oven at 220°C. Put 4 spoons of sunflower oil on a hot baking tray. Heat the oiled tray for about 3 minutes. Remove packaging and spread the vegetables evenly over the hot baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the vegetables to ensure an even cook. Bake for another 15 minutes.
