Cooking & Handling
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small ones may be present. Oven Bake – For best results cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place onto a baking tray & put into the oven pre-heated to 200ºC / 180⁰C Fan / Gas Mark 6 for 35 – 40 minutes, until the pastry is crisp and fish cooked through.
