Wild boar brings a deeper, more distinctive flavour to these traditional sausages, balanced by the gentle sweetness of apple and the richness of pork. Made with 85% wild boar and pork and filled into natural hog casings, they have a coarse, satisfying texture and a more characterful flavour than a traditional pork sausage. The natural casing gives them a pleasing bite and an artisan finish.

With their rich, game-led character and subtle sweetness, these sausages lend themselves beautifully to hearty cooking, from seasonal pub dishes and rustic casseroles to more considered mains. Supplied in 2.5kg packs, they give chefs the flexibility to portion and prepare as required.
