Coarse-cut and full of character, this Lincolnshire-style sausagemeat brings together a generous pork content with the herbs and seasoning that give the county’s traditional sausage its distinctive flavour. Visible pieces of pork and flecks of seasoning give it a satisfying rustic texture, while the balanced, savoury profile allows the quality of the meat to remain at the forefront.

Supplied as a 2.5kg case weight, it gives chefs plenty of flexibility to create their own preparations, whether shaped into Lincolnshire sausages, folded through rich stuffing, rolled into sausage rolls or used in Scotch eggs. With a minimum of 65% pork and an anticipated cook loss of no more than 15%, it delivers the hearty, meaty finish expected from a well-made sausage.
