A true Lincolnshire classic, these sausages are defined by their coarse pork texture and distinctive herby character, with sage traditionally at the heart of the seasoning. Made with a minimum of 65% pork, visible pieces of meat and flecks of herbs and seasoning give them the chunky texture associated with a traditional Lincolnshire sausage, while the firm bite holds beautifully through cooking.

At approximately 70g each, the consistent machine-linked format makes them particularly suited to portion-controlled menus without losing that traditional character.
