A traditional style, coarse textured sausage made from pork meat with visible particles of meat with herb and seasoning flecks throughout. Sausages are hand linked to give an artisan appearance. The sausage is free from off odours and taints with a well-balanced flavour and no metallic aftertaste. The sausage will have a minimum meat content of 80% and an anticipated cook loss of maximum 15%.
