C.J. Butchers’ award-winning Lincolnshire recipe is made with a minimum of 70% pork, bringing together a generous coarse texture, visible pieces of meat and flecks of herbs and seasoning. The distinctive Lincolnshire character comes through in the well-balanced savoury flavour, while the substantial texture gives the sausage a satisfying bite. At 70g each, it has the presence and quality to make a real feature of the plate.

Made in our own butchery, this is a premium sausage rooted in the character of Lincolnshire. Serve as part of a proper breakfast, in a well-filled sausage bap or alongside mash and gravy for a classic British dish, or let the quality of the sausage speak for itself in a more considered menu.
