Made with 100% British pork, these Cumberland sausages have a rich, savoury character with a smooth texture and visible flecks of herbs and spices throughout. The seasoning is carefully balanced to give the classic Cumberland flavour while allowing the natural taste of the pork to come through. At approximately 70g each, they offer a generous portion with an anticipated cook loss of just 15% for dependable yield.
