Cooking & Handling
The dough can be used immediately after taking out from refrigerator. Thaw the frozen dough in unopened packaging in refrigerator during approximately 12 hours (4 - 6°C) or at room temperature during 6 hours. Shortcrust Pastry can be used for delicious fruit cakes, onion gateau, cream cake, vegetable pie... Bake before consuming.
