Potatoes (88.6%), Sunflower oil(4.8%), Modified potato starch, Rice flour, Potato starch, Salt, Dextrin, Dextrose, Raising agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Raising agent: Disodium Diphosphate, Thickener: Xanthan gum, Spice extract, Turmeric extract.
Cooking & Handling
OVEN: Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange frozen product in a single layer on to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes until golden yellow colour and do not overcook. Turn the fries halfway through cooking. DEEP FRYER: Preheat oil to 175°C. Fill basket half full and deep fry until golden yellow approximately 3 -4 minutes. Do not overcook. AIRFRYER: Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C. Fill basket half full and cook for approximately 9-12 minutes, until golden yellow, shake hallway through cooking. Do not overcook.
