We only use the best Smoked Paprika in this little beauty, Smoked Pimenton from del la Vera to create our Chorizo, this is more of a warming taste than a chilli hit, we recommend chewing for at least 6 seconds to get the different levels of flavour (we know that sounds weird, just try it) The length of flavour is incredible and lack of greasy aftertaste, a revelation

Cooking & Handling
If the product is taken out of its original wrapper it must be placed in an airtight container to prevent oxidisation and drying out of the product and consumed within 3 days of opening.
