Delicately seasoned with a hint of sweet smoked paprika, it delivers a soft texture and distinctive flavour profile suited to premium charcuterie and sharing dishes. Produced by Trealy Farm Charcuterie using high-welfare British meats and traditional curing methods, with a focus on authentic flavour, traceability and craftsmanship. Supplied in a 250g sliced vacuum pack presented on a gold board, with approximately 45–50 slices per pack. Ideal for charcuterie boards, sandwiches and seasonal menus. Rich and delicate. Artisan cured pork. Best served at room temperature.
