Produced by Trealy Farm in Monmouthshire using high-welfare meats and traditional curing methods, with a focus on craftsmanship, traceability and flavour. Supplied in a 250g sliced vacuum pack presented on a gold board, it is ideal for sharing boards, starters and premium catering menus. Rich and aromatic. Artisan cured lamb.
