Cooking & Handling
Oven Bake – For best results cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place onto a baking tray & put into the oven pre-heated to 200ºC / 180⁰C Fan / Gas Mark 6 for 35 – 40 minutes, until the pastry is crisp and fish cooked through. Air Fry – From Frozen. Place in the fryer preheated to 160ºC & cook for 30 minutes until piping hot. Ensure the fish is cooked thoroughly.
