Cooking & Handling
HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost prior to serving. For chilled storage and best results keep covered at all times. Use within 72 hours of defrost. Do not re-freeze, once defrosted. DEFROSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Whole: Defrost under refrigeration (8°C or colder) for approximately 3-4 hours. Per portion: Defrost portion under refrigeration (8°C or colder) for approximately 30-60 minutes.
