Our Super Crunch Fries are skin-on, extra crispy coated fries, cut to 9.5mm for a consistent size and even cook. Pre-fried and quick-frozen, they deliver a golden, crunchy exterior with a soft, fluffy centre. Prepared from carefully selected potatoes, they are washed, sorted, cut, blanched, dried, coated, prefried in vegetable oil, quick frozen and packed.
Ingredients
Potatoes, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, rice flour, salt, dextrin, raising agent (E450, E500), maltodextrin, thickener (E415).
Cooking & Handling
Cook from frozen. Fryer: Max. 175°C, portion approx. 500g, 3-3½ min. Appliances may vary; the above methods of preparation are guidelines only.
