Gluten free OATS 20%, vegetable fat (shea butter, water, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, salt, carrot juice, emulsifier (lecithins (rapeseed, sunflower)), lemon juice, natural flavouring), invert sugar syrup, demerara sugar, dried chopped apricots 7% (apricots, rice flour, preservative (SULPHUR DIOXIDE)), dried sweetened cranberries 7% (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), chopped dates 7% (dates, rice flour), sunflower seeds 6%, whole ALMONDS 3%, whole roasted HAZELNUTS 3%, flaked toasted ALMONDS 3%, pumpkin seeds 3%, desiccated coconut 1%, orange zest 1%, ground cinnamon.
Cooking & Handling
Remove individual slices whilst frozen. Defrost for 2-3 hours at ambient temperature. Once defrosted, keep covered at ambient temperature and use within 3 days. Keep covered in fridge overnight.
