Ingredients; durum WHEAT semolina, barn EGGS (18.5%) water, salt.
Cooking & Handling
Without defrosting, add the pasta to a pasta cooker or pan of boiling water or stock. Once the water returns to boil, cook the pasta according to recommended cooking time. Stir occasionally. Drain and season to taste.
