Cooking & Handling
Handling Instructions Defrost prior to serving. Keep refrigerated once defrosted. Use within 48 hours of defrost. Do not re-freeze, once defrosted. Defrosting Instructions Whole Tart: Remove all packaging and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or colder) for approximately 4 hours. Portion: Remove portion from freezer and defrost under refrigeration (8°C or colder) for approximately 2.5 hours.
