Green Chili, Water, Salt, Lemongrass, Shallot, Garlic, Galangal, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Kaffir lime peel, Pepper powder, Yeast extract powder, Citric acid (E330)
Cooking & Handling
Heat 1 tablespoon of paste in a little oil. Add 400ml of coconut milk (or water), bring to a simmer. Add meat, seafood or vegetables as desired and cook thoroughly. Adjust paste quantity according to taste and heat preference. Suitable for curries, soups, marinades and stir-fries.
