Water, Red chilli (16%), Salt, Garlic, Galangal, Shallot, Lemongrass, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Kaffir lime peel, Yeast extract powder, Ground pepper, Acidity regulator (Citric acid)
Cooking & Handling
Heat Oil in a pan over a medium heat and stir-fry 2-3 tablespoons of curry paste for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add coconut milk and stir until combined. Bring to a gentle simmer. Add protein and stir fry for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked. Add vegetables and simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Season with fish sauce and sugar to taste. Serve hot over jasmine rice, garnished with fresh Basil and Lime if desired.
