Water, Rehydrated Pea Protein (26%), WHEAT Flour, Vegetable Oil (SOYA, Sunflower, Rapeseed, Palm), Starch (Pea, Maize) Thickeners (Calcium Alginate, Methyl Cellulose), WHEAT Gluten, Yeast Extract, Plant Fibre (contains WHEAT), Salt, Modified Tapioca Starch, Flavouring, Raising Agents (Sodium Carbonates, Diphosphates), Vegetable Powder (Garlic, Onion), Spice Extracts (Paprika, Pepper), Spices (contains CELERY), Dextrose, Yeast.
Cooking & Handling
For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. Always ensure the food is piping hot before serving. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 220°C / Gas Mark 7. Remove the protein strips from all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Remove the protein strips from all packaging. Gently lower and fully immerse the protein strips into the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve.
