Turkey thigh has a deeper, more savoury character than breast, with enough natural richness to stay beautifully tender through a longer cook. These 1kg rolled and netted thighs keep the meat neatly together as they roast, giving you a substantial joint that carves cleanly while holding onto plenty of flavour.

The boneless format also makes them wonderfully versatile beyond a traditional roast. Stuff and slow-roast whole for a generous centrepiece, or remove the netting and dice the meat for rich casseroles, curries and other slow-cooked dishes.
