Duck*, Sugar, Salt, Minced Garlic, Minced Ginger, Cloves, Star Anise Powder, Chinese Five Spice, Distilled Vinegar.
*Prepared using 151g raw duck to produce 100g finished product.
Cooking & Handling
Defrost duck in refrigerator, remove outer bag and clear plastic sheet from between the duck halves As appliances vary, please use heating instructions as a guideline. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Microwave and Deep Fry Method (from defrost): 1. Preheat each duck half in the microwave for 3 minutes (750 watts). 2. Heat oil at 190°C/370°C in a deep fat fryer. 3. Fry each duck half in fryer for approximately 2 minutes until the duck turns golden brown & crispy. Oven Method (from defrost): 1. Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6. 2. Please each half duck on a baking tray and reheat for 30-35 minutes or until duck is golden brown & crispy. Cooking Warning: Check duck is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
