Chefs' Selections 12/12 Skin-on Fries. Chips that are pre-coated, pre-fried and frozen. Skin-on French style fries, coating helps them to stay crunchy. Cut size is approximately 12x12mm.
Ingredients
Potatoes (92%), Coating (Modified Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Potato Dextrin, Maltodextrin, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Spice Extracts (Turmeric, Paprika)), Sunflower Oil.
Cooking & Handling
For best results, cook from frozen. From frozen : In the deep-fryer : deep-fry 500g of the frozen product in hot oil at 175°C for 3-5 minutes or until crisp and golden. In the oven : place the frozen product in one layer on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes or until crisp and golden. In the airfryer : Bake the frozen product (500g) for approx. 12-15 minutes in a preheated airfryer at 200°C or until crisp and golden. From chilled : In the deep-fryer : deep-fry in hot oil at 175°C for 3-5 minutes or until crisp and golden. In the oven : place the product in one layer on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes or until crisp and golden. In the airfryer : Bake the product (500g) for approx. 12-15 minutes in a preheated airfryer at 200°C or until crisp and golden. Ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Do not reheat.
