Founded by Duncan Farrington MBE in 2005, Farrington’s Mellow Yellow produces premium cold-pressed rapeseed oils and dressings on the family farm in Northamptonshire. Proudly carbon-neutral, every stage of production, from growing and harvesting to pressing, filtering and bottling, is underpinned by sustainable practices.

Mellow Yellow Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil has a high smoke point, making it ideal for roasting, frying, baking and dressings. A versatile British alternative to extra virgin olive oil and pomace oil, it delivers delicious flavour across a wide range of dishes.

Made in small batches with simple store cupboard ingredients, Mellow Yellow Salad Dressings are vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free, contain no preservatives, and are packed full of flavour.
