Ingredients
Potatoes (90%) (Potato, Dehydrated Potato), Sunflower Oil, Salt, Onion Powder, Dextrose, Stabiliser (Disodium Diphosphate), Emulsifier (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), White Pepper.
Cooking & Handling
Cook from frozen. In the oven: Place the potato tots in a single layer on a baking tray with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 210°C and bake for approx. 15–18 minutes. Turn over halfway through cooking. In the deep- fryer: Fry 500g potato tots in a single layer, in oil pre-heated to 175°C for 3 minutes. In the air fryer: Place 500g potato tots in the air fryer at 180°C for 12–14 minutes. Shake halfway through cooking. In the pan: Place the potato tots in a single layer in a pan and cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally. For all cooking methods cook until crisp and golden, do not overcook. When preparing smaller portions, cooking time may need to be reduced to avoid excessive browning. Remove excess oil with paper towels before serving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving. Do not reheat.
