Cooking & Handling
For best results allow the Prawns to defrost overnight in a refrigerator, alternatively the prawns can be defrosted in a cool room for 2 hours. Once defrosted, drain off excess liquid and serve. If not served immediately, cover and keep refrigerated below 5ºC and use within 48 hours.
