Profiteroles (85%): Cream (MILK) (60%), EGG, Sugar, WHEAT Flour, Vegetable Oil (Palm), Maize Starch, Emulsifier (Mono- and di-glycerides of Fatty Acids) Stabiliser (Carrageenan), Salt. Chocolate Sauce (15%): Water, Sugar, Chocolate (15%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Flavouring), Cocoa Powder (11%), Whipping Cream (MILK), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Gelling Agent (Carrageenan).
Cooking & Handling
Take the desired number of frozen profiteroles out of the packaging and place onto a plate or serving tray. Allow them to defrost along with the sauce sachet: about 30 minutes at room temperature or about 60 minutes in the refrigerator. Alternatively the sauce can be served warm by placing the unopened sauce sachet into warm water for 1 minute. Do not defrost in a microwave Do not refreeze once defrosted Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
