Made with: 360g MAGGI Rich & Rustic Sauce. This rich tomato base delivers authentic flavour and a smooth consistency, ensuring a perfect pizza every time.
Ingredients:
- 360g MAGGI Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce (A9637)
- 4 Pizza bases - approx. 150g each
- 250g mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix (Z6108)
- 80g rocket (V1302) – Alternatively add sliced mixed peppers (V2109) and sweetcorn (0116).
Method:
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, ensuring a 1cm space around the edge of the base.
- Sprinkle the cheese mix evenly over the pizza.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven to 200C for 8 minutes or until the base is cooked and cheese is bubbling.
- Top each pizza with rocket.
- Divide the pizzas into 10 portions and serve.
