Cooking & Handling
Usage Instructions: 1. Use crumble mix straight from the bag. 2. Sprinkle evenly over the filling to cover evenly. 3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Yield Guide: Whole bag (3.5kg) will top three 32.5cm x 26.5cm gastro norm containers. Whole bag (7lb 11oz) will top three 13" x 10" ½ gastro norm containers. Approx. 61 x 57g portions per 3.5kg bag. Cooking Instructions: Bake at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5/Fan Oven 170°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. NOTE: Cooking temperature and time will vary due to size of crumble and nature of the filling.
